Unable to capture Evals, complete modules

Anyone else having issues retaining Evaluation for Friday thru Sunday and Module 33?
It says”thank you for your eval… But does not register the Complete button \retain the evaluations
I’ve tried logging out and back in multiple times and changing devices.
This has been going on since Friday
Please advise
