    Hello!

    In this video, around the 1:00:00 mark, the cardiac findings are discussed. TTP at LU1-2 is mentioned, but I thought we were looking for TTP of spleen points here and not lung?

    Sorry, this is not about a quiz, I wasn’t sure where else to ask this.

    Hi Molly,
    Good question! And you get “extra credit” for telling where in the video this was so I could find it quickly 🙂
    We do look towards the whole left side of the sternum and the LU 1-2 area may also be tender, but I agree with you that for a true cardiac presentation, we care more about Spleen 20 than the LU 1-2 region (spleen-pericardium, right?)! Spleen 20 is more lateral and inferior to the LU 1-2 area. I’ll ask Joe about it this weekend, but I think he will agree that he neglected to mention Spleen 20 in this video.
