Looking for structure

I agree, I found myself swimming in a sea of unfamiliar concepts when trying to follow the first Meridian lecture. I started reading the textbook in hopes of finding some structure. There is a great deal of foundational information there. I’m reading about the basis of yin and Yang currently. It is calming me down so there’s value there I suppose but I’m still not sure if it will provide any clarity regarding the lectures…tbd.
