Liability Insurance

I am wondering if anyone has a recommendation for liability insurance. I want to purchase an acupuncture policy. Thank you!!

Hi Christine-

I was able to contact an insurance broker. He does the policies for my husband’s small pp group. I told him what exactly I needed. He shopped it to a bunch of insurance agencies for the best price. I needed some coverage outside of acupuncture so my policy may be a little more expensive but if I remember correctly it was $1200 for the year. If you have an agent that covers you or you group, it may be easiest to start there. I also think there are some policies available through the AAMA.

Hi, The American Acupuncture council (https://acupuncturecouncil.com/) has acupuncture only policies that are available to physicians. The policy I got was also around $1200/year and included trigger point injections.
